As with most things in life, the rule is: the earlier, the better! From the day your wedding is registered (which we handle for you), you must choose a wedding date within the following 60 days. Otherwise, the registration fee must be paid again.
Note: With our service, we make sure this won’t happen. We take care of the registration fee for you — no matter which package you book with us (the fee is included in the package price).
In addition to travel and accommodation expenses, the main costs involve registration fees and, if needed, apostille fees. These are all included in our wedding packages — so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Yes, if you have met all the legal requirements in Hong Kong, your marriage will be recognized in Germany. You only need to register it with the local registry office (Standesamt) if you want to access certain benefits, such as a change in tax class.

This is a formal declaration of your upcoming marriage — the “Notice of Intended Marriage” — which must be submitted to legitimize the registration of your wedding.
This step is especially important, as failing to complete it correctly can lead to significant delays in setting your final wedding date and planning your trip. All required forms are completed on your behalf through our service, ensuring that no careless mistakes are made.
In addition to flight and hotel expenses, you’ll need to cover your own food and drink costs. Depending on the package you choose and the type of registration, the following additional costs may apply: shipping, notary fees, wedding registration fees, and apostille fees.
